Apatite Collector

Stable low-temperature response for complex gangue systems

Apatite ores often contain silicate and carbonate gangue. Low water temperature can weaken conventional fatty-acid collectors. Hebe uses compound fatty-acid chemistry and active components to improve dispersion, frothing and collection efficiency.

Reagent Logic

Reducing heating dependency while keeping flotation response

For winter operation and complex gangue separation, Hebe combines directional collection and active dispersion to maintain flotation efficiency under milder plant conditions.

01

Low-temperature response

Improves dispersion of fatty-acid chemistry and reduces reliance on pulp heating.

02

Gangue rejection

Builds selectivity against silicate and carbonate gangue minerals.

03

Degradable route

Uses a more degradable reagent route to reduce recycled-water and treatment pressure.
