Fluorite Flotation System

Clear selectivity in high-silica low-grade fluorite ores

Fluorite flotation is not only about collection. Silicate gangue entrainment, carbonate impurity control, low temperature and recycled-water variation all matter. Hebe’s fluorite collector and supporting depressant system is calibrated against grade, recovery and dosage in the operating flowsheet.

Reagent Logic

Keeping collection and depression balanced in one system

For common fluorite flowsheets such as roughing, multiple cleaning and scavenger return, Hebe uses ore response and plant data to control CaF2 concentrate grade, CaCO3/SiO2 impurity levels, tailings loss and reagent consumption.

01

High-silica ore response

Improves selective separation in fluorite ores with high silicate gangue and low feed grade.

02

Impurity control

Targets both CaCO3 and SiO2 indicators to reduce carbonate and silicate gangue in concentrate.

03

Plant verification

Continuous plant-trial data support reagent switching and long-term operational assessment.
